Processing time
Orders placed before 5pm (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery times & charges
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi: 1–3 working days
- Other cities: 3–6 working days
- Free delivery on orders over Rs. 15,000. Otherwise a flat fee of Rs. 350.

We want you to love your watch. If it's not right, we make returns simple.
Eligibility
- You must request the return within 7 days of delivery
- The watch must be unworn and have no scratches, with protective films intact
- The original box, warranty card and all tags must be included
How to return
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@chronos.pk with your order number. We'll arrange a free pickup for exchanges. For refunds, a courier fee of Rs. 350 applies.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the watch, we process refunds within 5–7 working days to your bank account or mobile wallet.
Every CHRONOS watch has an official warranty of 1 to 3 years, depending on the model. The exact period is on each product page.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in the movement
- Faults in the electronics of smart watches
- Hand or dial misalignment present from the factory
What's not covered
- Accidental damage, drops or impact
- Water damage beyond the rated water resistance
- Normal wear on straps, bracelets, glass and plating
- Repairs by anyone other than CHRONOS
